DOCTORADO EN CIENCIAS DE LA TIERRA CON ORIENTACIÓN EN GEOLOGÍA
Egresada de la Lic. en Ingeniería Geodésica de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Tierra y el Espacio de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa. Obtuvo los grados de Maestría y Doctorado en Ciencias de la Tierra con orientación en Geología en el Centro de Investigación Científica y Educación Superior de Ensenada. Actualmente es profesora e investigadora de tiempo completo Titular C en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Tierra y el Espacio. Miembro del cuerpo académico Consolidado en Ciencias Geodésicas. Ha impartido cursos en los programas de Licenciatura de Ingeniería en Geodesia e Ing. Geomática, asi como también en los Posgrados en Ciencias de la Información y Ciencias de la Tierra y el Espacio. Cuenta con publicaciones en revistas nacionales e internacionales (11), ha dirigido tesis de maestría (2 ) y doctorado (5). Miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores e Investigadoras (Nivel 1 ). Miembro del Sistema Sinaloense de Investigadores y Tecnologos. Sus líneas de investigación contemplan la petrología ígnea, la geoquímica, el paleomagnetismo y la tectónica. También forma parte del Comité Científico Asesor de Protección Civil del Estado de Sinaloa.
